Pricing
All prices quoted on the web page are current as of the date the product page was generated by our system and are priced in Australian Dollars (AUD$) including GST. Returns Policy
educationaltoysforkids.com.au DOES NOT offer a money-back guarantee. All purchases are final, and will only be eligible for return in the case of a fault or warranty issue. All returns of this nature MUST include original packaging, original owner's manuals, warranty card and any included accessories, remote control, and/or power cords that came with the product.

Most items purchased from our website may be exchanged or returned within 14 working days from the date of shipment.

Only items that were damaged or defective can be returned. However, we will not be responsible for the damages caused by shipping.   

• Return Order Condition: The merchandise returned or exchanged must be unworn, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Return items with any sign of being worn are classified as unacceptable and will not be refunded.
• Shipping Charges for Return Items: Customers are responsible for the shipping charges of the returned items and they should take up the insurance on their own.
• Shipping Option or Return Items: When sending a return or exchange it is recommended that you use a parcel service such Registered Australia Post or DHL that offers a tracking method. If you do not use a courier that offers a way to track the package or offers a return receipt request, our company cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of return goods.
• Shipping Duration for Return Items: Return items must be received within 14 days of the RA number being issued by email from our support staff. Items received after 14 days will be classified as unacceptable and not refunded.
• Credits: Credits will be issued within 14 days of receipt of item. Please include your order date and order number to expedite processing of your credit.
• Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
• If there is a problem with the order, e-mail us at sales@educationaltoysforkids.com.au within 7 business days of the receipt to let us know of your return or exchange.
• You will receive a questionnaire for this issue via reply email. Send back with your answers filled in the questionnaire.
• Use the original shipping box and packing materials if possible and completely remove or cover the original shipping label.
  

Return Procedure
In order to return a product, you must contact us prior to sending product back. No returns will be accepted unless prior discussion has been made.

Shipping Information
Ship the product(s) prepaid and insured to the location provided by educationaltoysforkids.com.au If the item is a defective exchange, educationaltoysforkids.com.au will pay the return shipping costs for the replacement item.
